What began in 2016 as a bold entrepreneurial vision has grown into a respected adventure brand rooted in safety, sustainability, and meaningful outdoor experiences. Over the past decade, thousands of guests from around the world have stood on riverbanks, summited snowy ridgelines, cycled mountain trails, and discovered the rhythm of nature in Voss.
This anniversary is more than a milestone. It is a reflection on a journey shaped by passion, resilience, and deep respect for the outdoors.
Over the years, the company evolved into a structured and stable organization based in Voss. What started primarily with rafting and kayaking expanded into a year-round adventure portfolio including skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, fjord kayaking, and retreat-based experiences.
Growth was not accidental. It was intentional.
Each season brought refinements in operational systems, guide training, safety procedures, and guest experience standards. The company matured from a founder-led initiative into a team of 22 dedicated professionals, guides, instructors, coordinators, strategists, and operational leaders working toward a shared mission.
Today, Outdoor Norway stands as one of Voss’ established adventure brands, shaped by consistency rather than shortcuts.
