Plan “A” is always to stay in the boat, but believe it or not, many people love falling out of the raft, after the fact. It’s exciting, but it can be disorienting and a little overwhelming at first. Many people have taken multiple trips and never fallen in. Some people swim on their first trip. It’s all a part of river rafting trip.
Before you go on any trip, you’ll be given extensive instructions on what to do if you fall in, and how to be a smart swimmer. Follow your guide’s instructions, and your “swim” could be the most exciting part of your trip and a great story to tell your friends afterwards!

That is hard to tell precisely because it all depends on different factors, such as: 1. Which trail you go 2. How steep is the route 3. Which power assistance level are you using to assist you during the ride 4. How much you weigh. Note: there are three power assistance levels: Eco-Mode (Low) Enduro Mode (Medium) Turbo Mode (high)
By experience, full-day rentals are going well, when using the battery in a balanced way, the accumulated uphill is less than 400 vertical meters ellevation, and using on Eco-Mode.
When just going with the Enduro assistance mode of the bike, you might run from 2 hours and up to 4 hours. In Turbo mode the battery might last less than 90 minutes.
Of course you can switch the power mode while ciclying and adjust the power level accordling with the terrain needs.Yes! You can bring your personal equipment as:
Helmet, gloves and/or pedals.
Your pedals we must install on the bikes for you. Guests are not allowed to install the pedals themselves as we already had problems with people damaging the nut thread.
Each rider must be present for brief safety instruction and CORRECT orientation on the use of the rental equipment.
We will make an imprint of a credit card for a deposit on the equipment. Any damage to the bike will be charged the market price.
By experience we’re quiet sure if you “ride within your ability” you will reduce to a minimum the chances to fall off and the risk to injury yourself and the risk to injury the equipment as well.
With that said, we strongly recommend you to ride within your ability to avoid misfortunes!
