I had a fantastic time with the Nærøyfjord sea kayaking tour from Outdoor Norway. It was serene yet exhilarating experience to kayak on the fjords! The tour started with a 45 minute drive from Voss. Our guide Leiv was super helpful and friendly and told us a lot about Norway and the fjords. He made certain that we were comfortable with the kayaks, explained what to do and kept us safe. We saw many waterfalls as we were kayaking through the narrow section of the fjords. There weren't many boats or people out on the day we were kayaking, so it was very peaceful. We kayaked for over 1.5 hours before stopping for a quick lunch on a shore nearby and then started kayaking back. Overall I would highly recommend the sea kayaking tour. It was a one of a kind experience and a lot of fun!

My husband and I did 3 tours with Outdoor Norway, the Mountain Bike & Raft Combo one day and the Kayak Tour the other day. Lee was the main guide for all our tours. He was incredibly patient and modified each activity to fit our skill level.This was our first bike tour. The bikes were quality and fairly straightforward to use. We covered around 20 km around the Voss area with frequent breaks for pictures. The raft tour had a few class 3 rapids and a few turbulent areas where we were splashed. We appreciated that Outdoor Norway provided appropriate gear to keep us warm. Kayaking on the Nærøyfjord was a dream! We drove 45 min to our start site. Outdoor Norway provided all our gear, including splash skirts with a handy zippered compartment to store our phone, sunglasses, etc. We kayaked to the shore across from Bakka where we ate lunch. It was windy and rainy on the way back, but Lee made sure we felt safe the whole way. We saw numerous stunning waterfalls, viewed sheep on the shore, and encountered a swarm of jellyfish near the end of our tour. We commuted to Voss from Bergen. We caught the 1700 train to Bergen on our bike & raft day and the 1500 train on our kayak day. The small group size and attention to safety make Outdoor Norway a solid choice for anyone who’s lookin for adventure in the Bergen/Voss area!

This was such an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this activity to everyone. Definitely an unforgettable memory for our first time ever doing this. A big thanks to our Captain Mohan and the crew Ben, Ruben, & Leiv. The pictures were phenomenal and especially our group pic at the end. Thank you guys and Outdoor Norway.
