Yes, you can. Also, you get a 10% discount if you book a mountain bike from us. 

You can add the gondola ticket as an “add on” during the online purchasing process in the booking system.

• Minimum Age: We have bikes that fit 4 to 5 year-olds and older
• Normal physical health
• Please inform us of any medical conditions like asthma, epilepsy etc.
• When you pick up your bikes, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver which is an acknowledgement of risks. A parent or the guardian must sign it for minors

We recommend that all our guests are in good physical health

If you have a medical issue but still want to go biking, we recommend you check with your doctor first

Multiple factor determine this, such as:

1. Trail surface
2. Trail steepness
3. Power assistance level: how much power is deployed
4. Rider weight

Note: there are three power assistance levels:
Eco-Mode (Low)
Enduro Mode (Medium)
Turbo Mode (High)

By using the battery wisely on Eco-Mode, it should last at least a full day rental with ease as long as the accumulated uphill is less than 400 vertical meters.

When using the Enduro assistance mode, you might run 2 to 4 hours comfortably.

In Turbo mode the battery might last less than 90 minutes.

You can switch the power mode while cycling and adjust the power level depending on the terrain.

Yes! You can bring your personal equipment such as:

A helmet, gloves and/or pedals.

We will install the pedals on the bikes for our guests. Guests are not allowed to modify the bikes themselves.

Each rider must be present for a short safety briefing to learn the correct use of the rental equipment.

We will make an imprint of a credit card for a deposit on the equipment. Any damage to the bike will be charged a market price.

If you ride within your own abilities, you will reduce the risks of injury and damage to the equipment significantly.

We strongly recommend you to ride within your ability to avoid any misfortunes!

For the Multiday Rental, the mountain bikes should be picked-up in the morning and returned before our closing time every day.

After multiple unfortunate situations, we came to the conclusion that it is not beneficial to rent the bikes overnight due to the financial losses accrued.
