MOUNTAIN BIKE COURSE – Full Day
The mountain bike course will cover the fundamentals of mountain biking like body position, stability, control and cornering, our full day clinic offers ample time to fine tune these basic skills before moving our focus onto slightly more advanced techniques and manoeuvres.
These new skills will enable you to ride steeper and more technically challenging terrain as well as steps and small drops. Learning how to lift your front and rear wheels independently will allow you to clear any obstacles on the trail.
We will introduce you to pumping which is an important technique used to maintain momentum, flow and speed. So if you are feeling a little more adventurous and would like to push your boundaries a little more this might just be the course for you.
