Certified WRT, IRF Level-3 guide, and Alberta-licensed, Anil ensures safety through careful checks and calm leadership. Off the river, he loves wakeboarding, surfing, and trekking. Fluent in several languages, he connects well with guests worldwide.

A certified Whitewater Rescue Technician with advanced First Aid training, he prioritizes guest safety through thorough checks and clear briefings. Fluent in Hindi and English, Anup’s warm communication and river expertise make every adventure seamless and unforgettable.

Finn is a passionate outdoor guide with over five years of experience as a Grade 3 IRF and British Canoeing raft guide. Specializing in whitewater kayaking and rescue operations, he is certified in WRT-PRO and BC Advanced Safety & Rescue. Known for his enthusiasm and team spirit, Finn ensures every river adventure is fun and safe. He’s also skilled in raft photography, indoor sports, and mentoring junior guides.

His keen sense of clients’ emotions ensures safe, thrilling trips. Excelling in risk management and group logistics, Mohan crafts adventures that challenge and unite teams.

A devoted husband and father, he inspires guests to embrace the outdoors and create lasting memories.

Manish, from Uttarakhand, India, is a highly skilled raft guide and safety kayaker with IRF Class IV and III certifications. Raised along the Ganga, he’s guided on rivers across India and Nepal. His achievements include podium finishes at the Ladakh River Festival and multiple first descents in Bhutan. Humble, people-focused, and eager to learn, Manish combines technical expertise with warmth and professionalism, making him a standout river guide and teammate.

Franco, a seasoned Brazilian Adventure Racer and Whitewater kayaker and rafter Athlete. After leading a Brazilian team to the top of the Brazilian Adventure Race Ranking for two years in roll, he  launched his international career in 2008 by winning the LandRover G4 Challenge on solo category and qualified to represent Brazil in Mongolia and UK.

After a successful career in New Zealand, he arrived in Norway in 2010 as a rafting guide, settling in Voss in 2011.

Drawing on 25+ years in outdoor sports, Franco founded Outdoor Norway to share his passion for movement and nature. A paragliding instructor, mountain biker, skier, kayaker, and yoga teacher, he leads with energy, expertise, and a mission to inspire unforgettable, active experiences.

With an engineering background, he combines structure with creativity to produce short form content, brand visuals, and AI assisted cinematic edits focused on audience engagement.
